This policy explains what information Compensation Consulting Partners, LLC collects through compcp.com and how it is used. It is written in plain language. If you have questions, email info@compcp.com.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you submit an Express Market Pricing request, that includes:
- Your name, title, organization and work email
- Details about your organization, such as industry, location and size
- Job titles, job descriptions or role overviews, and any notes you add
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, confirm scope and timing, send an invoice, prepare your market pricing, and follow up about the work. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Please don't send sensitive personal data
Job descriptions should not include employee names, individual pay, Social Security numbers or other confidential personal information. If a project requires sensitive employee data, we will arrange a secure way to share it separately.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business:
- Netlify hosts this website and securely stores form submissions and uploaded files.
- Microsoft 365 provides our business email.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to load it.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep request details and job descriptions only as long as needed to complete the work and maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@compcp.com.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
